What does this site cover?

The difference between contact and connection, for a man who has people around him and cannot reach them. Not having nobody.

Is this a loneliness site?

No. Having nobody is a different and heavier subject, and the observations here are not addressed to it. The safety page says so plainly.

What is the laughter observation?

Every man enjoys laughing and almost nobody laughs. It is the one test of an exchange that cannot be performed, because a laugh arrives before you have decided anything about it. The full version.

Does it mean I should be funnier?

No. Nobody here suggests you learn material, lighten up or work on your banter. A man trying to be amusing is further from this than a man sitting quietly.

What is the memory test?

A memory you have to describe to the person who was there was never shared. Applied to a marriage, a family and twenty years of colleagues.

Does this site say I do not matter?

No, and it never will. It says you are not as central to anybody else's day as you assume, which is an observation about other people's time and is meant as a relief — nobody is withholding, they are occupied. The page itself puts that boundary in writing.

Will it tell me what to do about my marriage?

No. It gives no relationship advice of any kind. It will not tell you to leave, contact, confront, forgive or cut off anybody, it will not draft you a message, and it will not judge a person in your life on your account of them. It does not know them.

Will it tell me what is wrong with me?

No. It does not identify depression, social anxiety, autism, ADHD, attachment style or anything else in you, and it does not use brain-chemistry or personality-typing language. That is a doctor's territory.

Will it give me a plan?

No. No tasks, no challenges, no scripts, no conversation techniques, no social-skills coaching and no advice on presence or charisma.
